The Gluten Free industry is growing fast!

I was diagnosed with Celiac about 4 years ago. After much research regarding Celiac Disease and the myriad symptoms of this auto-immune disease (that we are aware of at this point), I have gained a greater understanding of the many health issues I’ve had in my life. It has been a sort of rebirth in mind and body.

I have combined what I think is useful for someone with a busy schedule and to make life a little easier. I have compiled information here on restaurant chains, Gluten Free food delivery options, product offerings at the most affordable prices, as well as some of my favorite recipes.
