With the exception of teriyaki glazed chicken, meatballs and marinara, and seafood sensation, Subway protein foods are gluten-free. With the exception of croutons, Subway condiments are gluten free. The Gluten-Free bread is manufactured in a gluten-free facility. However, other menu items and ingredients in our restaurants contain gluten and are prepared on shared equipment, so we cannot guarantee that our menu items are 100% gluten-free.

While we strive to provide accurate information, our ingredients change from time to time, our kitchens are NOT gluten free and cross contact may occur.
