With the exception of teriyaki glazed chicken, meatballs and marinara, and seafood sensation, Subway protein foods are gluten-free. With the exception of croutons, Subway condiments are gluten free. The Gluten-Free bread is manufactured in a gluten-free facility. However, other menu items and ingredients in our restaurants contain gluten and are prepared on shared equipment, so we cannot guarantee that our menu items are 100% gluten-free.

While we strive to provide accurate information, our ingredients change from time to time, our kitchens are NOT gluten free and cross contact may occur. Some items may contain as much as 20 parts per million of gluten".
