The importance of establishing gluten free standard in the service industry is one of my greatest motivations. The days of strolling about and grabbing a hot dog or heading into Joe’s pizza for “a slice” - are over. But I am hopeful that someday myself and others with this condition can experience the same spur-of-the-moment convenience of selection that I once enjoyed. I created this this site to keep it simple - with the hope that it will not only educate, but make it easier to find that Gluten Free restaurant or Gluten Free source for products while you’re on the go.

Gluten Free menu options: Riblets, Baby Back Ribs, Chips and Salsa, Salsa Verde Beef Nachos, Double Crunch Bone-In Wings, Chicken Tortilla Soup, Caprese Mozzarella Chicken, Fiesta Lime Chicken.

They offer a gluten-free pizza crust - cooked separately. Along with GF options.

Menu varies by restaurant- they specialize in fresh, seasonal fish cooked on a wood-burning grill. Options to order from a more extensive gluten free menu. They have extensive gluten free menu options.
You can choose from rotisserie chicken, roasted turkey breast, and USDA Choice roasted sirloin -- all of which are gluten-free. A range of salads and plenty of sides round out their gluten-free assortment.

Burger King is clear on their site: While there is some food that is gluten-free alone, cross-contamination is likely. If you're willing to take the (very high) risk, however, you can get a Whopper without the bun, in addition to the Grilled Chicken Sandwich.
